YourCarGarage is a smaller, independent platform focused only on connecting you with local garages. We do not run breakdown cover or insurance, we simply help you compare nearby garages and send a request. On our side the garage keeps the customer entirely and pays a flat £10 a month plus £10 per accepted lead, with no cut of the job, which is different from how a large brand network is typically funded (see their site for how the RAC side works for garages).

Which should you use?

If you already trust the RAC name and want the reassurance of an approved, vetted network, their service is a solid choice and the brand carries real weight.
