These terms cover your use of YourCarGarage. By using the site you agree to them.

What we do

YourCarGarage introduces drivers to local garages. We are not a garage and we do not carry out any work ourselves. The contract for any work is between you and the garage.

No online payment

We never take payment online. When you send a booking request, the garage confirms the price and time and you pay the garage directly. A booking request is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until the garage accepts it.

Ratings and information

Ratings and review counts shown are sourced from Google and are provided for comparison only. We take care to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee every detail is current. An MOT fee is capped by law, so you should never be charged more than the legal maximum for the test itself.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate details when you book, and use the site lawfully. Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Our responsibility

We work hard to provide a reliable service but we provide the site "as is". We are not responsible for the standard of work carried out by a garage, or for any agreement you make with a garage. Any dispute about the work is between you and the garage, though we are happy to help where we can.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version always applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
